Have you ever looked at a certain piece of furniture and thought to yourself... why can't I have cabinets that look and feel like that?!!! Well we have, which is why we started this company. We wanted cabinets that looked like... well furniture. Solid furniture. We wanted pieces where a little age and the patina that naturally occurs in time, actually adds to the look. We also wanted to get away from piecing cabinets together and wanted to provide long cabinet runs that give that truly built in look. A cabinet install is only as good as the carpenters finishing abilities and finding that "Unicorn" is difficult. Our goal was to solve this problem by making cabinets where all the pieces are built into the cabinet in the shop to minimize the work during installation.
SKÅP means cupboard in Swedish and it was also our driving inspiration to creating cabinets that have that authentic European
aesthetic we've all come to admire.
